Booking your caravan pitch

Further Information and Booking Conditions

Bron-Y-Wendon Reception is open 7 days a week, all year round. We ask customers to depart between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.. If you wish to depart later than 11 a.m. please contact Reception on your morning of departure to check whether a later departure can be arranged. Arrival time is between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. from 21st March to 30th October. Outside of this period customers are asked to arrive during the afternoon. A late arrivals area is available for customers arriving after Reception has closed.

There are a number of designated ‘awning pitches’ on the Park. Single or double hardstandings are available as units can only stay on grass pitches for a maximum of seven days. In all cases only ‘breathable’ ground sheets are allowed.

Advance bookings are accepted on receipt of a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Any additional fees can only be refunded if the pitch is re-let and based on written request. An application form is available from Reception.

Booking is essential during the high season and for Bank Holidays. Longer booking terms are available - please ask at Reception for details.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead whilst on the park and must be under the strict control of a responsible person at all times. Dogs must be exercised in the designated areas adjacent to the Park.

All statements made by Bron-Y-Wendon are in the honest belief that the facts are correct
at the time of going to print. However, facilities may be altered or withdrawn and Bron-Y-Wendon cannot be held liable for this.

Bron-Y-Wendon cannot in any circumstances accept responsibility for loss of life, personal injury, loss, damage or accident to personal property. We recommend you take out appropriate insurance to cover both yourself, others in your party and personal belongings. Should you require them, appropriate insurance details are available from Reception.

The conditions of booking and services are as detailed in the brochure and our Park Rules. A copy of the Park's Licence and Park Rules are available for your inspection in Reception.

*Pitch fee includes caravan or motorvan or trailer tent, car, 2 people and electricity.
** A minimum of 3 nights must be booked at Bank Holiday periods.

All vehicles arriving at the Park must register at Reception. A £4
refundable charge may be required for a barrier card.

**High Season periods are:
19th March - 6th April
1st May - 7th May
22nd May - 1st September
23rd December - 2nd January

Children under 2 years are free.
Children ( 2 - 12 years ) charged £1 per night.
Children over 12 charged at the adult rate.
Daily visitor charged £1 per day ( per group ).
All fees include VAT and use of the facilities.

Daily Departure by 11 a.m. and Arrival from 2 p.m.
A later departure time of up to 5 p.m. may be possible and can be arranged on payment of a £5 fee. Please contact Reception, before your morning of departure, to discuss this.
